Empowering our team for rapid development that pays off.
I am responsible for the technical development and management of robotic process automations (RPA). Our team builds virtual, digital workers (also called “bots”) that help accomplish repetitive tasks so that the humans in our staff can focus on valuable work instead of swivel-chair clicks and copy-pastes.
Over the last year and a half, due to a global pandemic, my team has had to grow quickly and move fast. We’ve delivered automations at an average pace of nearly one bot a week, all while continuing to maintain responsive support and adding new features and enhancements as we go.
Before our rapid growth, our small team defined a set of core values that were important to us:
